Sited at the edge of a grove of mature conifers, this ranch style house originally built in the 1940s was demolished to the slab foundation. Limited sunlight required an inventive use of skylights and walls of glass. Custom doors and windows finished to compliment the cerused oak cabinetry provide a warmth often lacking in modern homes. The open plan provides for elegant entertaining yet large pocket doors allow for privacy when desired. Close collaboration with The Wiseman Group resulted in an elegant home perfect for entertaining.
