This magnificent Queen Anne Victorian had fallen on hard times after years of shoddy additions and neglect. In working closely with the city’s historian, the restoration allowed for a large expansion to the original shell. Walls were removed to create large open spaces for entertaining, separate from an open kitchen/family room overlooking the golden gate. A simple palette of dark oak floors and meticulous details create a striking home worthy of its’ rich history.
