This beautiful bow front row house had suffered years of neglect when we were engaged to restore it and provide the proper space for a growing family. The structure, deemed a historic resource, was carefully rebuilt using local precedents, essential for a restoration suitable to the integrity apparent in the original home. In manipulating the original floor plan, a kitchen and family room was accommodated at the rear while retaining the original formal spaces.
